When your order arrives, please inspect the product right away. Check that you received the correct item, that it matches the description, and that it is in good condition. If you notice any issue — wrong item, visible damage, or missing accessories — please contact us immediately or refuse the delivery.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it does not work as expected, provided the issue was not caused by you (the customer). Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
If the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, the warranty terms will apply. If no warranty applies, our team will examine the product to verify the reported issue before approving the return.
Once your return request is approved, your refund is processed right away — there is no multi-day waiting period. Refunds are issued back to your original MTN MoMo payment method.
