Inspect Upon Delivery

When your order arrives, please inspect the product right away. Check that you received the correct item, that it matches the description, and that it is in good condition. If you notice any issue — wrong item, visible damage, or missing accessories — please contact us immediately or refuse the delivery.

Our Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it does not work as expected, provided the issue was not caused by you (the customer). Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

If the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, the warranty terms will apply. If no warranty applies, our team will examine the product to verify the reported issue before approving the return.

Eligibility for Returns

• The product does not work as expected and the issue was not caused by you.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
• You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• Software, digital downloads, and personalized items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your Kiti account and navigate to Track Order / Orders.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click on Request Return and select the reason for your return.
4. Our team will review your request promptly and get back to you to arrange pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved, your refund is processed right away — there is no multi-day waiting period. Refunds are issued back to your original MTN MoMo payment method.
