Welcome to Kiti. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Kiti, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on Kiti are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We currently accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) as our payment method. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time. All payments are securely processed, and you will receive a confirmation once your payment is completed.
We deliver within Kigali only. Delivery is free on orders above 35,000 RWF. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee is calculated based on your selected delivery area and is displayed at checkout. Delivery typically takes around 40 minutes from the time your order is confirmed.
Upon receiving your order, you are expected to inspect the product immediately. Verify that the product matches what you ordered and that it is in good condition. If you notice any issue — such as a wrong item, visible damage, or missing accessories — please contact us right away or refuse the delivery.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it does not work as expected, provided the issue was not caused by you (the customer). Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. If the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, the warranty terms will apply. If no warranty applies, our team will examine the product to verify the reported issue before approving the return.
Once a return request is approved, your refund is processed promptly — there is no multi-day waiting period. Refunds are issued back to your original MTN MoMo payment method. You can submit a return request through your Order History by selecting the relevant order and clicking "Request Return".
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kiti and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide noticeable warnings prior to any new terms taking effect.
